PIP.VERTRIX terms of use
Effective from: 18.10.2026
1. General
- These terms set out the rules for using the PIP.VERTRIX (Project Intelligence Platform) platform available at https://vertrix.space (the “Platform”).
- The Platform is provided by TMS GROUP EUROPE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Metalowców 13, 41-500 Chorzów, Poland, KRS 0000284962, NIP 6342647535 (the “Provider”).
- The Platform is used to manage projects in an organization: a project register, event timeline, tasks, briefings, documents, project correspondence and deadline supervision.
- Personal data processing and cookies are described in the Privacy policy.
2. Account and access
- The Platform is used by people given access by their organization: through an e-mail invitation, an import from the Microsoft Entra ID directory or by an organization administrator.
- Users sign in with a Microsoft account or with an e-mail address and password. The organization may require two-step verification.
- Users see the projects they lead, have tasks in or were given access to. Access and roles are granted by project leads and organization administrators.
- Users do not share their password, verification codes or mail add-in tokens. Loss or disclosure must be reported to the organization administrator without delay. An add-in token can be revoked at any time in the Platform.
- An organization administrator can revoke access or remove a user from the organization. Entries made earlier by the user remain in project history as its documentation.
3. Rules of use
- Users use the Platform for its intended purpose, in line with the law and the rules of their organization.
- Users enter data accurately and are responsible for what they add: entries, tasks, documents and saved correspondence.
- Unlawful content, malicious software and data the organization has no basis to process must not be added. Executables and scripts are rejected on upload.
- Saving correspondence to a project requires a deliberate action by the user (the mail add-in or a copy to the organization mailbox). Users save only project-related messages.
- Every change in the Platform is recorded in the audit log with the author's name and date.
4. Availability and backups
- The Provider makes every effort to keep the Platform running without interruption. Breaks may occur due to updates, maintenance or failures — where possible they are scheduled outside working hours.
- Each organization's data is backed up daily and backups are kept for 7 days.
- Using the Platform requires an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript, cookies and browser storage enabled.
5. Support and complaints
- Problems, questions and complaints are reported to the user's organization administrator or to the Provider in writing at the registered office address: ul. Metalowców 13, 41-500 Chorzów.
- A report should describe the problem and include contact details. The Provider replies without delay and no later than within 14 days.
6. Final provisions
- The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or Platform features. Users are informed in the Platform or by e-mail.
- Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
